We found our stockings that didn't have runs, put on our fancy heels and hit The Carlu to celebrate Canada's top performers, on the stage and screen.
Canadian rising star and face of Giorgio Armani Beauty, Sarah Gadon, received the annual Award of Excellence. Awards for Outstanding Performance (the top trophy) went to Catherine O'Hara (Schitt's Creek), Christopher Plummer (Remember) and Julie Lemieux, for her voice work in Numb Chucks.
We sipped champagne, talked shop (or tried our best to), applauded loudly, and wore a non-stop beaming smile of hometown pride. Y'all looked smashing and if we haven't told you lately, you keep us very entertained!
