7 pm Drunken Cinema: X-mas Double Vision @ The Steady, 1051 Bloor St. W. Drunken Cinema hosts a special X-mas-themed double feature of "Go" and "Silent Night Deadly Night" drinking games. There will be a raffle prize, gourmet popcorn, and a themed cocktail. Groups of at least four recommended. Games start at 7:30 pm.
8:30 pm Die Hard Quote-Along @ Bloor Hot Docs Cinema, 506 Bloor St. W. Kick off your Christmas with Bloor Cinema's Die Hard Quote-Along, hosted by comedian Ward Anderson. Get ready for a night filled with audience participation, festive drink specials, and a hilarious pre-show, with the sound cranked and subtitles for quoting along. Yippee-ki-yay! Doors at 8:30 pm, screening at 9:30. Advance tickets available online.
