Shallot is a service that lets you schedule emails you'd like to send out at a later time. It's helpful for giving regular updates to colleagues, keeping in touch with your boss when you know you'll be away, or sending out a simple reminder for your future self. You enter in the details of the email, pick a time and date you want it to get sent out on, and schedule it.
